In October 2024, Mr. Guo, the General Manager of LTMG Machinery, personally traveled to Mexico to engage with local clients, better understand their requirements, and jointly devise a sales strategy tailored to the local market. This visit not only strengthened mutual comprehension but also established a solid groundwork for future long-term partnerships.

 

Veracruz Client Seeks Quality New Equipment and Long-Term Partnership Potential

Luis, a client from Veracruz, made the journey of over 400 kilometers to Mexico City to meet Mr. Guo. Following a detailed introduction by Mr. Guo, Luis expressed significant interest in LTMG Machinery's offerings, particularly admiring the exceptional quality of the reach stackers. Having faced challenges with subpar service and product quality in the second-hand market, he turned to new equipment. With a professional business and after-sales service team in Veracruz, Luis is a well-respected local distributor.

During their discussion, Luis expressed a keen interest in promoting LTMG Machinery on his website and shared plans to acquire large-tonnage excavators and warehouse equipment soon. Mr. Ventura warmly welcomed Mr. Guo, guiding him through their product warehouse, repair workshop, and store, while thoroughly explaining the existing business model and local market demands, showcasing his confidence in sales.

As a local distributor in Mexico City, Mr. Ventura possesses a profound understanding of local machinery user needs. He expressed a desire for increased support from LTMG Machinery in after-sales services to maintain a competitive advantage in the local market and bolster trust in Chinese brands.
